WARRANTY POLICY
- Mobirapid provides a warranty of functioning for its products for a period of 6 months i.e. 180 days from the date of purchase of the product.
- 3 Days replacement / return policy no question asked* , once per user.
- All Products sold by Mobirapid are tested by our qualified professionals and sold under full operating conditions. The warranty also covers the compatible charger that is included together with the product. In this case it is not necessary to return the charger with technical problems received and the deadline for sending a new charger will be up to 14 working days, counted from the date of request.
- The policy will also only cover manufacturing or functional defects. The warranty will not be applicable if the product presents a problem or defect after the 6 months i.e. (180) days. Mobirapid recommends keeping the invoice and the IMEI number of your product.
- We offer a 3 days repair or replacement guarantee. In case of genuine functional issues with the device (upon validation), Mobirapid shall provide free pickup and drop service for the device. If the device is not repairable (beyond economic repair) , we shall ship a replacement device of the value to the customer.

- Below defects are not considered under warranty:
- Defects or damages resulting from misuse, such as broken, cracked screens, I.C. damages, shorting among other similar problems, Flickering screens after a period of use ( Result of pressure on displays.)
- Defects or damages resulting from testing, installation, alteration, modification of any kind in our products, as well as the repair performed by other technical careance.
- Apparent breakdown, or irregularities (vices), of easy and immediate observation in the product that were not verified within the 3 days after the receipt of the apparatus.
- Products that have had the security seal broken, serial number removed, tampered with or rendered unreadable Damage to fluids, such as damage caused by contact with water shall not be considered under warranty.
- Acceptable battery life reduction according to market standard beyond which the battery malfunctioning & irregular behaviour shall be considered under warranty up to a period of 90 days.
- Theft of the device is not covered under warranty.
- Accessories are covered under warranty for a period of up to 90 days.
- Products might not have OEM parts and one cannot claim warranty solely because of that purpose.
- We do not cover any kind of accidental damage and our warranty stands null and void in all such related cases. Direct damage or damages caused as a consequence of accidents will not be covered under the 6 month warranty.
- Any display issues that may arise without any manual intervention and are related to the screen quality specifically visible lines and blank screen
- Excessive Damage to the device wherein there is a possibility that internal components might have been affected due to excessive or critical damage to the device or screen. Such excessive visible damage might lead to internal components getting damaged and can cause screen or other system malfunctions. Any part replacement wherein such damage is reported at the time of order completion will not be covered under the warranty provided. Such malfunctions can even become visible after immediately opening of the device and reassembly as any component damage/malfunction would become visible after opening the device and reassembly, Mobirapid Repair or any of its representative will neither be responsible nor liable for such issues.
- Subsequent mishandling which causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack will not be entertained
- Subsequent mishandling with the screen such as hard press that may initiate discoloring or lining on the display
- Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops
- Water damage
- Tampering with internal hardware
- Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs
- Software issues unrelated to the repair
- Jail-broken devices
- New damages unrelated to the original repair
- Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair – customers are advised to back up all data prior to the repair attempt
How much time will Mobirapid Repair take to resolve my query, if it is coming under warranty?
Our team generally resolves an issue within 48 hours to 72 hours from the moment you send us a query. Issue might take unto 7 working days to get resolved. You will get acknowledgement over mail for your query and your issue will be sorted as soon as possible.
Warranty is limited to the parts, products and/or service(s) that were paid for. If only parts were purchased, warranty is limited to the replacement of the parts. If parts and repair service were purchased, warranty extends to cover the labor cost of part replacement and any other repairs specifically resulting from the initial repair.
ACCESSORIES
- Mobirapid devices come with high quality compatible accessory that accompanies the device, so the charger is not the one originally marketed by the brands manufacturers of the devices, but they have the same functionality (except turbo and fast charge functions) and do not impair the useful life of the devices.
- Mobirapid is not responsible for accessories and peripherals purchased after delivery of the electronic purchased, and the costs are the responsibility of the buyer, including in cases of returns.
UNBOXING
- Customers should make a video recording and take photos of their devices while unboxing it to have proof of any physical defects/ damages observed at the time of delivery.
- Mobirapid shall not be able to cater to issues of physical defects if legitimate proof of the same cannot be submitted by the customer.
- It will be up to Mobirapid’s discretion to validate and entertain any customer issues basis legitimate proof.
RETURN POLICY
- FUNCTIONAL DEFECTS- Customers can return a device within 3 days from the date of delivery if the following features of the device do not work:

- PHYSICAL DAMAGE- Customers can return a Mobirapid device within 3 days from the date of delivery if the following issues are noticed at the time of unboxing the device (with video recording proof of unboxing), the customer will be eligible for a return

- RETURN CONDITIONS
- Issues mentioned above shall be validated by Mobirapid and pickup requests shall be generated only if the issue is valid.
- The product must be returned in the original state in which it was shipped and delivered with accessories, booklets, box etc.
- Mobirapid shall complete the pickup and drop of such devices via logistics partners
- Customers need to erase all their personal data from their device before returning. Mobirapid shall not be liable for any data residing on the returned device and shall erase any existing data on it.

- Expectation of a longer warranty period than 6 months
- Order of a wrong device (make / model /capacity/ colour/ prices)
- Approval of the return for reasons not stated above is solely at Mobirapid’s discretion
EXCHANGE POLICY
*Replacement only valid if any major working issue are found in the product.
Mobirapid does not offer an exchange. Customers can return their device within the return window and place an order for any other device if they wish to.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Customers cannot cancel orders post the product being dispatched
- Returns will be treated as cancelled orders
