Condition grades explained
Every device passes our 35-point quality check and is then graded honestly so you know exactly what you are buying. Here is what each grade means — cosmetically and functionally.
Brand-new, factory-sealed
Completely new, factory-sealed and never opened, with full manufacturer warranty and 100% battery health. Indistinguishable from retail.
Opened for checks, never activated
The box was opened only for our verification, but the device was never activated or used. As good as new, with full warranty and pristine cosmetics. 1. Box 2. Original Charger 3. Full 1 yrs Warranty
Activated & tested, essentially unused
Opened and activated for testing (for example an ex-display or lightly handled unit) but essentially unused. No meaningful signs of wear.1. Box 2. Original Charger 3. Under Brand Warranty
Near-new, no visible marks

Minor light micro-scratches

Light visible wear
Noticeable but minor cosmetic wear such as light scratches or scuffs, and possibly small marks. Fully functional and tested. Visible wear, great value
