What a City Partner does

  • Receive and hold devices dispatched to you for customers in your city
  • Visit the customer at a scheduled time — home or office
  • Conduct the open-box handover: open the sealed device in front of the customer and let them inspect and test it
  • Collect payment to Mobirapid (never into a personal account) and hand over the device
  • Accept returns on the spot if the customer finds a functional issue
  • Provide first-line warranty support — collect devices needing service and coordinate with our team

What you earn

₹2,000 per device, or 2% of its value — whichever is higher. Every delivery pays you a minimum of ₹2,000, and high-value devices pay more (a ₹1,80,000 MacBook Pro pays ₹3,600).

That's roughly two deliveries a day to reach ₹1 lakh a month. Paid monthly, against a statement of every delivery you completed.

Earnings depend on order volume in your city and the deliveries you complete. Mobirapid does not guarantee a minimum income — new partners usually start in the lower tiers and grow as their city's demand builds.

You'll need: a smartphone, a two-wheeler or reliable local transport, a secure place to store devices, a few hours on weekdays, and the ability to speak politely and clearly with customers.

Partner fees — stated plainly

Partner fee (one-time): ₹45,000 — non-refundable. Covers onboarding and training, your welcome kit, partner ID and authorisation, access to our partner systems, branding material and ongoing support.

Security deposit: ₹2,00,000 — fully refundable. You will personally hold devices worth several lakhs at a time. This deposit secures those assets while they're in your custody. It is not an investment and earns no return, and is refunded in full within 15 days of your partnership ending, once all devices and materials are returned and accounts are settled. Deductions are made only for devices lost, damaged or unaccounted for while in your custody.

Important: these amounts are payable only to Mobirapid's company account, after your partner agreement is signed. Never pay any individual. Please read the agreement carefully — and have it reviewed independently — before you commit.

How to become a partner

  1. Apply — fill in the short form below: name, number and city.
  2. Interview — we call you, discuss the role in full and assess suitability. Selection is on merit, and we appoint a limited number of partners per city.
  3. Verification — basic KYC and address verification (Aadhaar/PAN).
  4. Agreement — a formal partner agreement covering responsibilities, commission, deposit terms and exit conditions. You get a copy and time to review it.
  5. Onboarding — pay the fees, complete training, receive your welcome kit.
  6. Start earning — your first delivery is supervised, and support stays with you.

Honest expectations

We'd rather you succeed than simply sign up. So please note:

  • Income is variable and depends on order volume in your city — there is no guaranteed minimum
  • Early months are usually slower while demand builds
  • This is a responsibility-heavy role: you handle valuable assets and represent our brand
  • The ₹25,000 partner fee is not refundable if you later leave
  • This is a partnership, not employment — no salary, PF or employee benefits apply

FAQ

Do I need a shop or office? No. You need a secure place to store devices and reliable local transport.

Do I need technical knowledge? No. We train you on inspection and handover. Repairs are handled by our team.

Is this a full-time commitment? No. Most partners work flexible hours around studies, family or another job.

When do I get my security deposit back? In full, within 15 days of your partnership ending, once all devices and materials are returned and accounts are settled.

Can I lose my deposit? Only through devices lost, damaged or unaccounted for while in your custody. It is not at market risk.

How many partners per city? A limited number, so existing partners get enough volume to make it worthwhile.

When do I get paid? Monthly, with a statement of every delivery you completed.
